On November 21st an upgrade to your email services will be completed. In preparation for this upgrade, we ask that you update your email software to use your entire email address as your login/account ID/username. If you need assistance updating your email software with your full email address, please call our Technical Support team at 871-0913.

Exciting news! SpringSips has merged our operation with Front Range Internet (FRII) to bring you greater Internet capability.

Wait! Don't groan! This is a good thing.

Much like SpringSips, FRII has always been noted for its customer service and business integrity. During our many years of successful operation, SpringSips focused on delivering cost effective Internet solutions and providing high quality customer support, all while continually implementing the latest technologies to maintain a robust network. With FRII behind SpringSips, this only gets better.

Beginning May 22nd, FRII brings their significant experience in the Internet industry to SpringSips and its customers.

Some details:

Your email addresses will remain the same.
FRII will begin billing your services on June 1st.
You can still come visit us at our cool Internet cafe and bar, GEEKSgarage.
You will still be served locally in the SpringSips office by Chris and Amy, our fabulous SpringSips staff.

You will experience a variety of service enhancements, including:

More technical resources, more services
More robust service packages for business and residential clients
A broadened array of service offerings in web design and hosting, wireless, high speed broadband, and more.

If you’ve read this closely you will realize that, all in all, you’ll be getting MORE.
